Google Hash Code 2020

Are you want to solve a real-life engineering problem given by Google, then Hash Code is the right place to showcase your talent.

Hash Code is a team programming competition organized by Google, for students and professionals around the world. You have to choose your team and programming language and Google will pick a problem to solve for your team. this year's contest has an online qualification round where your team can compete from wherever your team would like, including from any of Google's Hash Code Hubs. Top teams will then be invited to a Google office for the final round.

What is Hash Code?

Hash Code, Google's team-based programming contest is a place to share your skills and connect to other coders as you work together as a team to solve a real-life Google's engineering problem. In small teams of two to four, coders all over the world will tackle the first problem through an online qualification round(included from this year). Though it is an online round, teams can also participate from one of locally coordinated Hash Code Hubs. The selected teams from this round will get a chance to visit one of Google's international offices to compete for the final round.

How it works?

After registration, you will gain access to a Judge System, a platform where you will form your team, join a hub, practice and compete. During the qualification round, there will be a Youtube Livestream which will introduce the teams with the problem and after that, your team will be given the four hours to optimize the problem using the programming language of your choice. Your team can compete from any place or from a local hub. After that round, top teams will be invited to a Google office where the selected teams will compete on another problem and the team with the best solution will win the cash prizes.
